The Plastimo SL180 features a 3D shape for maximum comfort. The zip closure ensures quick donning and removal and a perfect body fit even in the most dynamic environments such as offshore racing. Built in harness with soft loop attachment point, double crotch strap, accessory pocket and firing head viewing window. Manufactured to standards exceeding EN ISO 12402-3 & EN ISO 12401.

• 38 g CO² gas bottle
• Flexible and comfortable outer shell with soft mesh neckline and foam-padded back panel for maximum comfort.
• Quick burst zip outer shell closure provides maximum protection for the air chamber and allows easy inspection and repacking after inflation.
• Air chamber is fully stitched to outer shell. Fluo orange for visibility + 300 cm² retro-reflective tapes
• Viewing window to inspect the status indication on the firing head. Grid patch on Hammar model accelerates the water entry to trigger the firing head quicker. Front pocket to access the firing head easily without deploying the outer shell.
• Hi-tensile fibre harness with soft loops in Dyneema® and webbing in polyester, combining reliability and resistance with lightweight and comfort-friendly construction.
• Practical and intuitive zipped waistcoat style allows for perfect body fit in all manoeuvres and body positions.
• Double crotch strap.
• Shoulder and waist-side easy adjustment buckles and straps, to adapt to all body sizes and shapes.

The Austral 180 is an automatic percussion vest, for professional use on commercial vessels, fishing boats, oil and offshore wind farms. It is Solas certified, ensuring a high level of safety, with integrated harness, double chamber bladder, double subcutaneous, pocket with booster, flash light pre-mounted on the inner tube, strap for attaching the beacon. Its articulated collar and asymmetrical inner tube system allow for quick turnaround, even in heavy weather, and even with professional clothing.
